Search Across Your Projects
Press Cmd+F (Ctrl+F on Windows), or click the Search icon in the left rail, to open the search dialog. Search looks across every project and document you have access to — results appear as you type.
What's Searched
- Project titles
- Document titles
- Document content
Results are grouped into Projects and Documents. Each document result shows its title, the project it belongs to, a snippet with the matching text highlighted, and when it last changed — so you can find what you're looking for without opening every document.
Using the Results
- Use the arrow keys to move through results
- Press Enter to open the selected project or document
- Press Esc to close the dialog
Who Sees What
Search is scoped to your account: you only see results from projects you own or have been invited to.
Looking for an answer rather than a word? Ask the project assistant — it reads and searches every document in a project and answers in plain language.
